Ordering
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is 20 kg per variety for standard products (couvertures, nougat, cocoa raw materials). For custom recipes, the minimum quantity is 350 kg.
How long does an order take?
Standard orders from our range are produced and delivered within 5-10 working days. Express delivery is available in 3-5 working days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer and payment on invoice (subject to credit check). For new customers, we offer prepayment.
Can I order samples?
Yes, we are happy to send you a sample package with couvertures, nougat varieties or cocoa raw materials for tasting and processing tests.
Products
Where do your cocoa beans come from?
We source our cocoa beans from selected growing regions worldwide - including Colombia, Ecuador, Venezuela and West Africa. All supply chains are fully traceable.
What cocoa percentages do you offer?
Our couvertures range from 30% to 99% cocoa content - from white chocolate to milk and semi-sweet to pure cocoa mass. Our cocoa powders are available in 10/12 and 20/22 fat content, both natural and alkalised.
Are your products certified?
We can offer products with the following certifications: Organic (DE-OKO-060), Fairtrade, RFA (Rainforest Alliance), Kosher and Halal. This applies to couvertures, nougat and cocoa raw materials.
How long do the products last?
Couvertures and nougat have a minimum shelf life of 12 months, cocoa powder and cocoa butter up to 24 months - when stored correctly (15-18°C, dry, odour-neutral).
What nougat varieties do you offer?
We offer seven nougat varieties: hazelnut (light and dark), almond, walnut, macadamia, cashew and pistachio. All with a high nut content of 30-38% and fine cocoa butter melt.
What cocoa raw materials do you have?
Our raw materials range includes: cocoa beans, cocoa nibs (raw and roasted), cocoa powder (natural and alkalised, 10/12 and 20/22), cocoa mass, cocoa butter (natural and deodorised) and cocoa shells.
Processing
How should I store couverture and nougat?
Couverture and nougat should be stored at 15-18°C in a dry, odour-neutral environment. Avoid direct sunlight and temperature fluctuations. Store cocoa powder and cocoa butter below 20°C in dry conditions.
What tempering temperatures do you recommend?
The respective tempering temperatures can be found in the respective product specification. Nougat pastes do not need tempering - simply warm to 40-45°C and process.
What delivery forms are the products available in?
Couvertures are available as chips (5kg/10kg carton), strips (5kg/10kg carton) and block. Nougat pastes are delivered in pails or blocks. Cocoa raw materials depending on product in bags, cartons or drums.
Shipping
How are the products transported?
All products are delivered via temperature-controlled carriers to ensure optimal quality - especially important for couverture and nougat.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout Germany and to all EU countries. Shipping costs are calculated based on quantity and delivery address.
Can I track my shipment?
For parcel shipments, you will receive a tracking number by email. Pallet shipments cannot be tracked, but you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.
