A cacao bean carries the story of its country, its farmer, its fermentation and its roast. Every step leaves a trace - in the aroma, in the color, in the texture. Our job is to find the products in which that trace remains visible - and to make them available to experts who can taste the difference.
We select cacao products with the same care our customers show when they work with them. Slowly conched, precisely tempered, gently roasted - shaped by recipes refined over decades. Not because it is easier, but because it is the only route to a flavour that convinces connoisseurs.

Walmand is built exclusively for chocolate houses: chocolatiers, confectioners, bakeries, patisseries, ice cream parlours, gastronomy and the food industry. Our range covers both conventional and organic (DE-ÖKO-060 certified) products in chips, strips and blocks. Every product is chosen against strict quality criteria - and every batch starts from cacao sourced directly in the growing countries. No anonymous middlemen, no compromises.

Couvertures

Nougat pastes
Hazelnut and almond nougat with real roast aroma. For pralines, bars, fillings and ice cream - produced in small batches using traditional methods.

Cocoa raw materials
Cocoa beans, nibs, mass, butter and powder - for bean-to-bar makers and manufacturers who want full control over their product.

Every product in our range has a name, an origin and a story. The cacao comes directly from established cooperatives in West Africa, South America and the Caribbean - and behind every supply chain stand people whose work we know.
For us, transparency is not a marketing phrase. For every batch we request the relevant certificates - pesticides, heavy metals, microbiology - and can forward the full origin and quality documentation on request. So you can stand behind your own product with your own customers, every time.
